Right of Withdrawal
Scope
This right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the meaning of Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature. This notice applies to all distance contracts for services concluded with SEAFRONT PROPERTIES MALLORCA S.L. – in both the property brokerage and property management areas.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal to you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the following cases:
In the case of property brokerage, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as SEAFRONT PROPERTIES has begun the brokerage activity at your express request and you have at the same time confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. In the case of property management, the right of withdrawal expires once the agreed service has been fully provided and we have begun performance only after you gave your express consent and confirmed your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract. The right of withdrawal does not apply in principle to contracts concluded entirely outside business premises at the express request of the consumer where performance begins immediately.
